to About

    profile

I am a third-year PhD student and museum professional currently based in Scotland.

My research focuses on the collecting of Chinese material culture now housed in Scottish museums, most of which were amassed during a time of British imperial expansion: the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. This AHRC-funded collaborative doctoral PhD project hosted between the University of Glasgow, National Museums Scotland and Durham University is supported by my previous professional roles in museum and heritage organisations across Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
